As well as lowering the chances of developing a range of health conditions, physical exercise boosts the immune system and strengthens the heart. When angry, stressed or emotional, exercise can help you break free from these emotions and relax. You don’t have to be bored doing exercise either since there are lots of fun things you can try. If you’re into sports why not try tennis, swimming, soccer or any one of the hundreds of sports to choose from. Fancy something extreme? Then try wakeboarding or snowboarding.
